Why do I have to log in?

In order to make tasks such as applying for jobs faster and easier, we require you to log into your LIjobsProfessional™ profile. Since we already have your resume and other information available in the profile it saves you time by automatically using the information we have instead of having you re-type it. It also lets you review your history of job applications and lets you remember jobs for later.


Why do you need my email address and a password?

Your email address is our way of contacting you and functions as your LIjobsProfessional™ username as well. Your password helps to keep your information safe - especially if you're sharing a computer.


I already signed in once. Why do I have to sign in again?

Sometimes, you have to leave your computer unexpectedly. To protect your security, our system asks you to sign in again after a brief period of inactivity.
